Don't wait apply today!Position Requirements: Create and execute in-person and virtual recruiting events to attract students for summer intern and full-time roles. Spearhead the full-cycle recruitment process, including identifying, evaluating, and hiring candidates. Represent client at schools and industry forums, both in-person and virtually, to facilitate recruitment events. Build new relationships and maintain existing ones with school career services offices, university faculty, and targeted student organizations. Lead and coordinate with internal teams on client participation in all campus activities. Support the delivery of the Summer Intern Program by assisting with onsite and virtual events. Drive the conversion of high-performing Summer Interns into full-time roles at Client upon graduation. Design and implement process improvement initiatives. Manage the candidate process for all campus hires using the applicant tracking system. Create decks, deliver presentations, and engage in public speaking. Be available to work nights and weekends in exceptional circumstances. Communicate comfortably with stakeholders at all levels. Guide conversations among internal and external stakeholders. Travel up to 20%.Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in campus recruitment or project management. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects, events, and initiatives with high attention to detail. Outstanding people management and organizational skills. Proven ability to drive results through strategic thinking and collaboration. Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to shape strategy and identify new opportunities for campus recruiting efforts. Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels of a large organization, including senior leadership. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Passion for recruiting and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
